The Employee Recovery and Retention Navigator is designed to help employers respond thoughtfully when an employee begins exhibiting unusual or concerning behaviors in the workplace.

This guided survey can helps managers and supervisors evaluate situations, consider appropriate response options, and identify supportive pathways that prioritize both employee recovery and organizational stability. By providing structured guidance and practical next steps, the navigator supports employers in balancing compassion, compliance, and operational needs.

Our goal is to provide a clear roadmap that helps organizations support employee safety and recovery while maintaining a healthy, productive workplace aligned with business goals and responsibilities.

Please answer each question to the best of your ability.  Upon completion of the survey, you will be given a series of next steps for your employee.   You will also be given a printout of your results and steps taken to ensure due diligence was completed.
